Courierpost usually takes 1-2 days* for delivery (depending on your location) once you have received an email stating your photo cards have been processed and printed. If you need your purchase sooner than that, just add a note when submitting your order and we will do our best to get it to you asap.*Note: Rural addresses can take longer

RETURNS We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our greeting cards and stand behind every single item. However, if you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us within 45 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange or return authorisation. Due to the personalised nature of our greeting cards, we cannot accept returns based on customer errors (e.g., typos). Please take your time to read over the digital proof as closely as possible to avoid any spelling mistakes or other errors.
In the case of a Inkblot error, please accept our sincere apology and be assured that we will remedy the error as quickly as possible. Once notified of our error, we will offer you a full refund, credit towards future purchase or complete exchange with the quickest shipping option possible. If you select a full refund, we will ask that you please return the order in its original form and packaging. We will issue a refund as soon as we receive the shipment.
